The story of the consulting room: the invisible me

In the counseling room, the most real psychological game is played out every day. Some people waste days over a careless remark, someone repeatedly tests boundaries in a close relationship yet always gets hurt, and there are those who seem to have everything but still feel empty inside... These stories are actually also epitomes of our own lives. Those feelings of awkwardness, anxiety, and powerlessness that you thought only you experienced will be gently unraveled here. Through these real consulting cases, we will witness together the three hardcore functions of psychology in daily life: Know yourself: Peel off the labels stuck by the outside world, see your true needs and emotional blocks, and find the root of inner conflicts. Understand Others: No longer build walls with "suspicion" or "blame," learn to comprehend the psychological defenses behind others' behaviors, and let relationships flow. Anticipate change: Break habitual behavior patterns, establish new psychological perceptions, so that in future work and life, you have the ability to make more distinctive choices.
