Responsible for the operation and coordination of the association, coordinating offline healing activities and online public welfare courses in Sydney. Over the years, he has continued to study tarot, singing bowls, Reiki, crystals and other healing systems, and has rich experience in event organization and consultation. We hope to build a safe, professional, and warm space through ASA to allow more people to reconnect with their inner strength.

Responsible for the financial governance and compliance management of the association, supporting the steady development of the organization, and promoting psychological healing and community service projects. In addition to her rational financial professional background, she has long been concerned about the exploration of emotions and subconsciousness, continues to engage in psychological counseling and healing practices, and is committed to establishing a balance between professional management and humanistic care.

Entrepreneur / operations management expert / long-term learner of psychology. Responsible for the construction and management of the association's operating system, overall development planning, brand building, journal projects, and the operation of social media and community activities at home and abroad. With many years of experience in entrepreneurship and operations, he has systematically studied psychology since 2013 and has been involved in public welfare services for a long time. He hopes to promote the sustainable development of psychological healing public welfare undertakings through professional operations.

Psychological counselor / human resources expert / team development manager Responsible for the human resources coordination and professional talent development of the association, taking into account the career path management, team building, and coordination of online lectures and activities for psychological counselors. With 20 years of experience in psychological counseling and human resources management, he is good at combining professional psychology knowledge with team management practices to create an efficient, professional and supportive working environment for the ASA Association, and promote the continuous development of psychological therapy projects and talent cultivation.

Pediatric rehabilitation medicine expert/psychomotor rehabilitation expert/medical researcher, director of psychiatric and psychological rehabilitation of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Children's Hospital, focusing on children's rehabilitation, psychomotor rehabilitation and multidisciplinary collaborative treatment (MDT) of complex diseases. He has dual master's degrees in psychomotor rehabilitation from the ISRP in France and the University of Murcia in Spain, and has obtained the European Psychomotor Rehabilitation Expert Certification and the International Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Teacher Certification. He has published many papers in SCI and core journals, and participated in the compilation and translation of many professional books on children's rehabilitation and psychomotor rehabilitation.

Graphic Designer/UI Designer/Brand Strategy Expert Responsible for the association's brand image, unified visual style and formulation of design standards to ensure that all publicity, online and offline content are visually consistent and professional. Having lived in Australia since childhood, he has many years of experience in Australian graphic design and UI design, and is familiar with international design trends and user experience specifications. In the ASA Association, she combines creative design with brand strategy, promotes the professionalization of the association's visual identity system, and enhances the visual communication power of psychological healing and charity projects.

IT R&D expert/system architect/technical manager Responsible for the association's information construction, IT system management and technical support to ensure the association's daily operations and efficient operation of the online platform. With more than 10 years of experience in IT R&D and management, he is familiar with software development, system architecture design and team management. In the ASA Association, he is committed to deeply integrating technical means with public welfare and psychological healing projects to build a safe, stable, and sustainable digital platform for the association.

Founder of ChiChuang Knowledge Platform, founder of CTD Design Consulting and Shenzhen Digital Intelligence Consulting, and one of the experts in the field of service and experience design in China. He once served as the head of innovative product design in the R&D centers of Samsung, Tencent and Lenovo, and has long been engaged in product innovation, service design and system growth strategy research. Graduated from the School of Design of Jiangnan University, he is currently a visiting professor at the School of Visual Arts at Fudan University and serves as a master tutor in many universities. He has provided design strategy and innovation consulting for Baidu, Alibaba, Huawei, JD.com and other companies, and has authored books such as "Innovation Thinking Matrix". Served as a strategic design consultant in the ASA Association, responsible for the association's brand strategy and innovation system design, and supporting the association's long-term development plan.

Joined ASA International Psychotherapy Association in November 2025 and is responsible for marketing and brand communication strategic support. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and public relations, he has been engaged in brand building, marketing and business cooperation management for a long time. He has served various types of organizations such as Disney, start-up chain parent-child brands, and large state-owned enterprises. She is also a long-term learner and practitioner of psychological therapy, focusing on the fields of mental health and personal growth. In the ASA Association, she is committed to enhancing the social influence of psychological healing concepts and promoting the development of charity projects and public education through professional branding and communication strategies.

Founder of a psychological counseling agency/manager of a public welfare organization/journal content expert, founder of the Beijing Xinqinglang Psychological Counseling Room, and vice chairman of the Beijing Charity and Volunteers Federation. He has more than ten years of experience in journal and magazine editing, and has been engaged in content planning and publishing management for a long time. In the ASA Association, he is responsible for providing editorial direction and quality management suggestions for the construction of journals and content platforms, and supporting the development and dissemination of the association's professional content system.

Sasha joined ASA International Psychotherapy Association in March 2025. She has long been concerned about the fields of personal growth and psychological development, has many years of practical experience in exploring talent potential and coaching, and is committed to helping individuals improve their self-awareness and inner growth. She has received systematic coaching and physical and mental growth training, and has related professional backgrounds such as life coaching, health coaching, mindfulness meditation and sound healing. In practice, she combines MBTI personality interpretation and cognitive healing methods to support individuals in exploring their own potential and development direction.
