Soulful Asia provides information, public resources, member features, event and course registration functions, journal content, certificate verification tools, and related digital services. You must use these services lawfully and in a manner that does not disrupt the platform or other users.

Account access and security

• you are responsible for information submitted through your account
• you must keep your password and sign-in credentials secure
• you must notify ASA promptly if you believe your account has been misused
• ASA may suspend or restrict access where it reasonably believes misuse, security risk, or breach of these terms has occurred

Acceptable use

• do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or abusive content
• do not attempt to interfere with the website, app, APIs, member features, or security controls
• do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, qualifications, or registration status
• do not use the platform to harvest data, spam users, or copy restricted content without permission

Program, event, and content information

ASA seeks to keep website and app information accurate and current; however, availability, schedules, eligibility requirements, speakers, or content may change. Where a particular event, course, member program, or application process is subject to separate rules, notices, or eligibility requirements, those additional terms also apply.

Professional boundaries

Soulful Asia operates within clearly defined service boundaries. Website content, journal materials, courses, cultural programs, and app features are provided for information, community engagement, and program administration. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not a substitute for emergency assistance, diagnosis, treatment, or regulated professional advice.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Soulful Asia content, branding, layout, graphics, copy, and platform materials remain the property of ASA or the relevant rights holder. You may access and use the content for personal, informational, or member-related purposes, but you must not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit it without permission.
